The designs on this site are available to license or buy, but do please contact me if you wish to discuss how I can work with you to supply editorial illustrations, or ideas and designs that will be perfect for your clients.

I live in Northumberland, UK, nearly into Scotland. Very rural, very beautiful. The most inspiring place I’ve ever lived… and sometimes ‘our’ owl disturbs the outside light.

When I’m not making illustrations and designing patterns, I play music, read crime novels and love working with words – this combination is magical. Perhaps I’ve never grown up!

After being a freelance writer and editing a journal for many years, I’m absolutely great with deadlines and getting on with clients and doing my best for them in light of what their business needs from me.
